NRI Abused my mother and father

A friend's husband who stays in London abused me on whatsapp by calling my mother "Randi" and my father a "Dog" over whatsapp. I have his whatsapp chats. Can I file a case against him

yes immediately file a criminal complain before your police station and send complain copy to ACP and DCP through post.... after that if police registred FIR than it's ok otherwise than registred FIR through court... after that that person have to came india for bail and other process.. conatct us

Yes…you can easily drag him to court irrespective of his residence. You can book him under defamation or your mother can file it under section 354 IPC for outraging the modesty of a woman. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

yes you can .... and u must ... u have a strong case....against him..... rest can be told that wat all penal sections will be attracted against him. after going through the entire record ... he can be booked under different sections of penal law

approach the nearest police station and file a criminal complaint stating your grievance. the police will take requisite action against the offender and he will stop making such calls to you. in case the police does not take any action you can then approach the court by filing a criminal complaint.

yes, you can! infact this is a clear case of DEFEMATION through libel for which a legal notice can be initiated against him and served on him and an unconditional apology alongwith compensation can be sought. In case if he does not comply the court case under the nature of defamation can be filed.
