consult an advocate in high court with certified copy of the fir and complaint filed against you along with copies of any other document that the prosecution has already obtained in connection with the case. you might need to take bail and also there may be ground for quashing the fir if the same is advised after perusing the case record. Most of the sections are non bailable offence and u need to take a bail at the earliest. But since most of are non bailable there are very less chance of getting bail from lower court, u have to take bail from judge court or High court.
