Not Transferring Ownership Of Car , Neither Clearing Remaining Dues

I have helped my freind to buy car and take car loan on my name , car is also on my name , this is about january 2023 , they are paying emis of that but some and other month we need to ask for emis , when we asked either clear the dues and take ownership or return the car , they started abusing me and my husband on whatsapp and call. This is becoming headache and killing my mental peace as well as finacial pressure. We filled an e-fir with noida police but it got rejected. We live in hyderabad currently. Need help what should be done and can we request bank by any chance and police , please help or provide guidance.

You should either stop paying the EMIs, so the finance company will take possession of the car automatically Or else You can lodge an FIR stating that they asked for your car for a few days but now they are not returning it and abusing, since the car is on your name, so you will get the remedy. Since the loan was taken on your names so the whole liability of the loan lies on you, you cannot evade from this liability and till the pendency of loan amount ownership of the car is also not transferable to others easily. immediately contact me for solution
