What will I do I want legal advice shop owner denied to repay money and also not supplying material and day by day he made false excuses plz guide me how did I repay my money back
okk. since since the denied to repay you the you have to file case under consumer protection Act in consumer court and details from how much months he is not paying you and also not supplying materials..

say to the shop owner that if he will neither repay nor deliver product, then u will go to the police station and file a case against him under sec 420 of IPC, where, cheating is defined and if then also he didn't do that then go and file a 420 case. but in some case, u should file the case in consumer forum, and that's why I need to know that what kind of material is the issue, for which u had paid the shopkeeper?

if you have receipt of payment then you can begin by serving a demand notice upon the shopowner and then follow it with a civil suit of money recovery. it would solve your purpose. you may additionally make a criminal complaint against the shop owner to compel him for early return or service of goods.
