Accused is present. He is examined Under section 239 Cr.P.C explaining the accusation. They denied the same. Charge under sections 337, 338 of IPC and Sec.184, 194 C and D of MV Act of 1988 have framed, read over and explained to them. He denied the same pleaded not guilty and claimed to be tried. Issue summons to LW1 to LW3, Call on 05.07.2024.
