Not able to construct my house because of people's in s

I want to construct my house but my house is just 250 sqft means only 25 gaj house very small nBut my neighbour restrict me for sandstones and concrete go in their house while building and does not let me put other building materials in street while my house space is very small so what should I do

hello client as i can can see your issue is very much egostic fellow . in your matter we can reach court for this issue in this matter you need to put your efforts to show the court tht you ate a agreived person and you need an urgent help as well as the other person is concerned he will be given direction from court to not interfere in in your affairs
