Non return of Confiscated Cell phone.

I am a class 11th student. Today my school made a surprise checking and Confiscated my cell phone. They are refusing to return it saying that they will destroy it. What legal action could be taken against the school authorities by me.

Namste, apka issue abhi clear nhi ho raha hain . apke cell phone me koi problematic videos, Links, photographs the ? without listening your issue i am not able to help you . apki school ke rules bhi dekhne padenge. uske bad hum apki help kar sakte hain ?
