Non bailable warrant issue against us in 12 year old case

I need help in cancellation of existing NBW which I wasn't aware because of some reasons s matter is 12 year old . matter is in Hapur court so looking for a local lawyer

myself advocate Ankit Sharan I am belongs from the Hapur Court and also pretty seen Ghaziabad district court in your case in your case the non- belable warrant issued in cognizable aur henius crime then the process of warrant recoal is different from the other cases I will call you tomorrow then then discuss for further

Non bailable warrants can be cancelled by the issuing cour upon the person giving assurance to appear in court in future. You may contact and move an application and the same will be cancelled. You may contact me for a local lawyer in Hapur. will connect.
