30-Dec-2023 (In Criminal Law)
A complaint u/s 156 (3) filed against me on 2015, court admit as complaint 200 crpc but applicant challenged the above order is not maintainable there after applicant filed a criminal revision court issued notice I appeared before the Court and filed statement then after hearing the arguments of parties court dismissed the above Revision and sent file to the apex court, there after applicant avoided to present before the court and after given so many times court observed that applicant is not presenting before court nor his counsel and after given so many time for statement u/s 200 but applicant did not present, court state that there is no sufficient evidence or ground to punish the accused and court dismissed the above complaint on 2017. Then after 10 months the another application u/s 156 (3) for the same identical facts and no any other grounds mentioned in the present application in which applicant prayed for the statement u/s 200. as per your query I would like to suggest that you can show the favorable order which you have got prior give your reply through your council that he is habitual in giving fake complaints and without evidence so that only to harass you through these fake complaints.

hello
a second complaint is not maintainable and hence a petition should be filed before the hc for quashing of the complaint. the court would quash it with heavy costs to the person filing the complaint.
