No chargesheet filed against me but nothing is happening happening

I want to go to abroad for studies but my sister in law had accused me for dowry. I have provided enough proofs to prove my innocence. It has been more than year but no update regarding the mater, so far no chargesheet has been file. Do i have to take permission for study abroad?

yes you can file priority petition in the High court of gujarat for fir quashing application the court will give directions or permission to you for going abroad for study purpose so kindly share your details waise history I will give you more details of you

i need some more instructions to guide for appropriate steps. was any F.I.R filed against you? were you arrested? if arrested then you will have to provide bail order for further guidance. and you may approach High Court for quashing of the f.i.r.
