No action on attempt to murder case

My father went to plough his land with my uncle after getting permission in Lok Adalat. There were a couple of police constables also during the incident. Opposition party came in groups of 15 people with iron rod, lathi, bhala and other handheld weapons and started beating my father and uncle.
My father femur(thigh bone) is fractured and he was hit by iron rod on his head. Uncle also sustained severe fracture in his hand.
FIR has been filed on 28th August and injury report has been collected by police which says grievous injuries. FIR has IPC sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 452 mentioned in it.
Witness is my uncle and cousin brother
But, police has not arrested anyone in last 30 days. Police are giving excuses that there should some witnesses from local village. Since, all the people at that time were from opposition only people are not coming forward as witness. Please help!!

Shivam ko batana Chahunga ki aap ki case mein aap aapki against party ko police arrest nahin kar rahi hai .. police opposite party ko relief Dena chahati hea... apko eske liye application ssp ko Dena chahiye... aur uska bail oppose karna chahiye...
