Neighbours keeping their dog near my home without keeping in their yar

My neighbor, who's having same house owner, keeping their dog in front of my home not in front of them. And the dog keeps barking all day and night. Thereby I can't work or sleep. Even after requesting them to take care of it so many time, they're quarreling to us. The house owner claim that my neighbor is using near the road side, so we've to adjust. What's the remedies I could do in this case.

If your neighbour continues the act you can file a complaint before the panchayat or corporation authority. If the neighbour not taking proper care of the dog you can also file a complaint before the health department.
