Neighbour's dog creating nuisance

Hello sir/maam ,actually I have a query that my neighbor has a dog who keeps on barking day and night which creates nuisance. Actually he is afraid of water and they wash their lawn because of which he keep on barking for around half an hour straight everyday. I've requested them many times but out of ego they now wash it 2 times and even on RAINY DAYS.
So what legal actions can I take against them ?
If you are getting unnecessary nuisance from your neighbour then you can always file a complaint in writing and address it to the police station according to your jurisdiction under section 268 of the Indian Penal Code. As it all comes under the preview of public nuisance. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

You have two legal options 1. You may file a police complaint under Section 268 and 290 of IPC for public nuisance against the owner of the Dog
2. You can also lodge a complaint under section 11(g) of Prevention of cruelty to animals Act.
