Neighbour dog barks at night - heart patient

My neighbour keeps a street dog within their house premise(courtyard) whole night(sometimes roped) and the dog barks whole night. my mother is a heart patient and i have my work which requires patience. is there a way out to this?

well not exactly as the dog is Firstly in their property and moreover a dog will bark only. you can't tell it to keep quiet. Secondly the only way you can resolve this is by requesting your neighbors kindly to keep the dog inside the house.
