Neighbour Abused over the issue of car parking. Can I file a complaint

My neighbour did a filthy name calling over the issue of car parking. It was traumatic. Can I file a complaint against him in the women cell?

yes you can go for police complaint if your neighbour abuse you.... go to the police station and given a written complaint against your neighbour to station House officer and telling all the incident which was happened with you .... and If your neighbor has assaulted you, then complain about that to the police station. don't worry police complain is must and take receiving on a complain copy.
