First of all you should install cameras in your premises to record their activities. And then you can always serve them a legal notice and warn them to stop all these harassment or else you will be in trouble and legal action can be instituted against you. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Time is an essence in criminal proceedings. In your question, you have raised two causes based on which you must raise the complaint to the Police. 1. Beating your tenents: you tenents must file a police complaint and provide details of any hurt or injury caused furing this fight. 2. Regarding seizing of your house: it is a serious allegation and more details would be required to answer your question. The answer to this question should not be treated as a legal advice on the issue involved in the question.

You can give a complaint to police to register FIR against your neighbour. If police refused then you can file application under section 156(3). In case of any cognizable offence It's mandatory for the police to register FIR
