Sir, How can we legally sue a Dog Owner whos Dog is left open in the Public & it Chases Running Bikes & Causes Bike Riders to Fall & Both the Rider & Bike are severely injured?

file criminal case against him in police station if police refused to file case than file PCR definitely he will be funished as per the Indian penal code the dog owner doing nonsense as well as offence definitely he has to punish any further information contact
