Need to understand options I have for my situation

One year ago I met a man who said is unmarried and open to option of getting married. Due to which I fell in love with him and we had sexual intercourse 10 times until now.
Just recently, after a year I come to know that he is already married and has a kid and has been hiding his marital status despite constant enquiries. I had some doubts that he has someone that’s y I was asking.
I realise this case can be classified as rape as misrepresentation to get sex.
Pls advice options to me for FIR.
Well, if you have indulged with this man for sex and keep on indulging with him on the basis of promise that he would marry with you solely, and then, he intentionally broke his promise, in order to escape from you for getting married, despite engaging in multiple times with you, you can book him for the Offence of Rape!

you can surely file an fir with police for the offence of rape under the pretext of false promise to marry. For registering the FIR, I suggest you to submit a police complaint in writing to the police authorities. Start collecting relevant evidences like whatsapp chats, emails etc. to show that (1) the man is already married; (2) the man has portrayed to you that he is unmarried, and (3) on the basis of this false portrayal, you have indulged in sexual relationship with him.
