05-Dec-2023 (In Criminal Law)
My uncle a secretary of his building had a spat with one of the residents of the building on the issue of using a lift. The resident had a wedding party, and for social distancing purpose, the guests in the lift was supposed to be only 8 ppl, but 10 were inside. This happened twice, and he complained to the person, but nothing was taken, again this person was doing the same. So my uncle shut down the lift and asked them to climb two floors. The wedding planner was angry and came to hit my uncle with a stick. In defense, my uncle pushed him, and the person has a broken hand now and has complained to the fir. What should be done or what is the due process necessary ?

as he is hurt, he must have filed an FIR against your under probably under section 324 ipc, you too should file a counter FIR against him as he had come to assault your uncle with stick. your uncle will need to secure bail.

Well, don't worry, I can get the FIR quashed against your uncle from High Court. And, We will also file a Cross FIR against the person who filed FIR against your uncle under distinct sections of IPC which will bring him on negotiation table to seek apology from your uncle & to pay your uncle : Hefty Compensation.
