Need Suggestion Of Child Sexual Harresment

Dear sir,
There is one girl who is sexually abused by her own father she is 14 year old and she want to police complain about her father.Her father touch her private part and etc so pls help me how can she file against against her father and also she have no proof like video for her sexually harresment kindly help this is urgent.
write down a complaint and give it to the nearest police station.
The complaint/FIR will be registered under POSCO Act.
The statement of the complainant is enough.
Video proof is not at all necessary
