Need someone to file FIR immediately


15-Aug-2023 (In Criminal Law)
For the past 8 years my wife and her mother have deliberately kept my 12 year old minor daughter away from me in Assam. I am the biological father. They have no apparent reason or cause to forcefully keep my daughter away. I can explain the delay, due to medical reasons I was unable to file FIR earlier I have medical reports to prove it. DO NOT CALL ANSWER BY WHATSAPP ONLY

Dear Sir, You can file child custody case under the relevant provisions of Guardian and Wards Act. If you prove financial stability and love for your child you can get your child or atleast visitation rights.
