Need same day regular bail in Moradabad 498a, 323 after chargesheet

Here is the timeline..
1. Chargesheet submitted in CJM court for sections 498a, 323 ipc.
2. Got Stay on chargesheet from Ald HC under crpc 482. Awaiting for mediation dates.
3. The wife will fail the mediation for sure.
4. Once file is back to CJM court I want to get same day guaranteed regular bail. Is it possible?

yes ho jaygi don't worried ho jayge now u was on intrim bail and go for regular simply if the MEDIATION fail by your wife its gOod for you u can apply for regular surely it will be done by cjm
but you will face trial in this case if u don't want delay than start trial fast if not than wait for charge
