Need legal advice for section306 ipc filed on our family

Our family has been accused in section306 ipc. The deceased person has written names of family (4members) in the suicide note. He has written that , the reason for his death is x,y,z(my family memebers name) . He also mentioned he has taken money from our family and repaid it ..still we are asking for money , that is why he is dying.Whatever he has written in suicide note is false , I have given money but he never returned back that money ...and I have never harmed or scolded bad words with that personHe has died and kept my family in risk by writing th suicide note. nnThe police has booked 306 section and sent us to jail , kindly give advice how to get out of this situation nThanks

hi first of all you people are out on bail and then what is the stage of the case now whether charge sheet is filed or not and it is sitll in FIR stage and that you could file quash petition to quash the FIR on the above ground
