Need information regarding missed calls in CDR (call detail records)

Are missed/unanswered calls reflected in the CDR documents produced in courts of law?
As per law Content of documents” the words “Content of documents or electronic records” have been substituted and Section 65A & 65B were inserted to incorporate the admissibility of electronic evidence.

Since in investigation entire summary of calls of entire month and year will be taken and everything will be listed and reflected in cdr document since when police on order of court through investigation would take it

Hi, According to Indian evidence act Sec. 45a, it can be produced in the court with the approval of a computer expert recognized by the government. You also would have mentioned the purpose. You can get back to me for more info.
