Sir, your question is not clear. A person can vote when he is having voting rights and use his right to vote in the elections. But before that i want to know that the criminal contempt of court is subject to what offence

Hi
Only high court has powers to prosecute a Criminal contempt of court case.
As long as the matter is pending before the court (high court/supreme court) , the person can vote in the elections and his voting rights remain unbridled till the matter is settled at the Highest(supreme court).
So just ensure that your appeal is pending at the time of voting.
