Need help on my conditon I am worring about baby

I filled 376(2) (n), 417 on a person 14/02/2024he relesed on bail fifteen days back. Now I am 9 th month pregnant the hospitality is denying to treat me. My health and baby in very bad condition so the doctors told me to get husbands signature and presence. What should I do his parents are allowing him

Everything is going to be alright. As your health and baby condition is bad, they wanted signature of your immediate family memeber like Mom, Husband etc.. It need not mean husband only. You can report this to the Police and police will assist you. If the police doesn't then call the District Legal Service Authority, they will take care of you.
