need help on IPC 323, 504, 506

i was dropping my friend to her office, she has already filled Dv case against her husband. her husband followed up and stopped our car in the middle or road and started arguing and it got heated and then I had a fight with him after that i have filled NC with police station under 323, 504, 506. after the incident her husband visited my parents and complained about the issue and i have cctv footage also of his visit. now after one month the person has filled complain with court under 323, 504, 506 against me. now i dont know what should i do. nwant to understand how can he filled complain in court against me after one month as i have already filled NC with police station. nwhat will be now future process. do i need to apply for bail?. will a FIR be filled against me ?nCan his application be rejected by court as i have already filled NC. nwill i be arrested by the police or will be called for investigation to police station.
