Need help in retraction of statement

My wife physically assaulted me and I lodged a written complaint against her in PP MIG, . MLC was done on me in DDU Hospital, As the police were not taking any action in my case, I gave a written appeal to NHRC. NHRC promptly registered my appeal and directed the DCP, West District to resolve my complaint within 08 weeks. On 13.06.2017, the concerned SI called me for recording my statement for the complaint against my wife. I went there and the SI manipulated me into signing the statement as a marital discord case. The statement was "I, Mr.X, s/o Mr.Y, local address, permanent address got married to Ms.Z by Hindu rituals on 11.03.2016 and we have a marital discord between us. My in-laws are threatening me with false case against me. I acknowledge the above mentioned". Now, I realise that with this statement the complaint against my wife will be irrelevant and no action would be taken against her. Also, court case against her will also be affected. Pls help.
Dear, querist you should file fresh complaint to D.c.p and commissioner of police regarding the manupulated statement by s.i/i.o and if no actions taken by the senior police officials filled complaint to metropolitan magistrate, M.M. has the power to take cognizance.

You don't have to worry about anything said in front of a police officer. It is not admissible in court of law. The statement needs to be recorded in front of a judicial magistrate and that is admissible in court of law.
