Need Help against False Complain u/s 307

Dear all,
My wife filed a false complain against me for 498a and 307. For 498a I know I can fight with full of energy. But for 307 what can I do? She said that I was trying to strangulate and then I run away from when I saw her unconscious. This was totally false. And the big thing is when I run away from home so she filed my missing complaint in police station and the she and her sister send whatsApp messages to resolve the things and they wanted me to come back to home. And when I run away from my home That time in my home her sister, Her sisters husband were also there. And on the same day I fled the complain in the police station when run away because I was getting beaten with my wife. But after so many complain my FIR got filed against my wife us 323, 506 and 504. And now she filed the complain against me in mahila thana. Please help me what should I do on this? I am innocent. Please help me.
it appears that after fighting you and your wife have first lodge criminal cases against each other thereafter by WhatsApp message see and her family wants to resolve this issue and calling you back the question asked by you over here is that how after lodging criminal case against each other one can resolve the issue if the cases which are filed under section where the act of crime is defined as heus crime or in technical language if it is cognizable act and non compoundable at then both of you should Together by joint petition move before the high court under jurisdiction of which you and your wife reside or any Highcourt of choice where either of you are residing secondly if there is no chance of compromise and amicable settlement then is that case you should first be for sale or anticipatory bail whatever is applicable in your state and secure your freedom of movement and bright you like that is free movement

hello client as i can read ur issue ia really very much tensinised issue in normal life.
in present condition you need to be veru much care full so they are not able to trouble you .
in present sinario first of all you need to take care of ypu bail to remain out of jail after you need to think for cancellation if the FIR of 307 agaisnt you . after tht habe a full energatic fight with all these people.

If this is the situation, the best legal recourse to firstly safeguard yourself from these unecessary and frivolous action is
1. get an anticipatory bail
2. file for quashing of the F.I.R
3. In case 2nd is not done, lead an effective defence to the case. During the investigation ask the police officials to not file the chargesheet as no charges are made out against you and therefore, file a closure report.
