need guidance on a cheating case

filed a cheating case on a guy who promised to marry later denied. he was held in custodu y for just two days and he in on a bail right now. need some guidance on why this happened

the law provides for bail, till the charge sheet is filed. what you have to be concentrating now is to gather evidence of the wrongs he has done with you to prove his guilt. if during this period of bail, if he tries to influence u than we can take steps for cancellation of bail. consult Mazher Ali Khan, Advocate for further guidance.

based on your complaint police registered an FIR and court has remanded him to judicial custody and was released on bail, after the police investigation they will file a chargesheet and a summons will be issued to you. after receiving the summons you must present before the concern court and give your evidence, based on the evidence and documents the court will decided whether your friend is guilty of the offence as alleged by you....if he is held guilty he will be punished with imprisonment
