Need Escape From Abusive Boyfriend

I am a 20 year old girl living in Mumbai . My boyfriend has been abusing and harassing me physically and mentally . He keeps beating me regularly even makes me bleed , the scars of wound are still present . He even tried to choke me to death once and pushed me down the stairs. Whenever I say I want to get out of this relationship he threatens me that he will inform my parents about it. Can I file a case against him without letting my parents know?

You can very well file a complaint against him to the nearest police station, however whether your parents will understand about it or not cannot be ascertained. You may request the police not to inform your parents as you have attained maturity but your parents may come to know by any other means

Hello dear Queriest it seems you were involved in this toxic relationship from which u want to get out of the same, here if he is doing such kind of illegal act with you then you can lodge a complaint against him to the nearest police station.
