Need advise on finincial issue

I got married in 2017 Feb. After few months of marriage my husband said he kept my marriage gold jewellery in bank locker. Since then whenever there was family functions I asked my husband to take it out for me to wear. But everytime he kept making excuses that he did not get time or locker is not operational at this time etc etc. I started getting doubts about it. Later after 2 years because of continuous fighting and asking about my jewels all of a sudden he said the jewels got stuck in bank coz he had to repay some loan. And now in 2021 he is saying all my jewels are pledged.
And he has still not returned it back to me. I have informed about it to his parents & sister too. but I don find them taking it in a serious way.what are the legal actions that can be taken to get back my jewels?
What are the cases that can be filed against such fraud.
I was also being physical abused during the initial stages of my married life and now this.

You can file domestic violence case against your husband for physical abuse. You can also lodge a police complaint for jewels. If you don't want to continue in this matrimonial bond then you can start taking action against your husband. Did you talk to your parents? May be you can try to sort it out with the help of family elders.

you have to get the pledge receipts first and go to the bank and confirm the loan amount.. Then only you can make sure whether ur husband tell lies or not... if you are living separately, you can file a petition under Domestic violence act or lodge a complaint in any police station if you are living with ur husband u can also file a case before family court...
