Need advice regarding section 420 and 417

My friend has been accused for cheating and dishonesty . Girl has been continuously accusing him for different pointless reasons. She had claimed earlier that she was pregnant but then in reports it was negative. Now she had lodged a complaint about cheating and dishonesty. She had taken 65k and when my friend asked to give it back she started accusing him for some or the other reasons and asked forcefully to marry him. Kindly suggest what we can do in this condition. As he is shifted to central jail without any crime
Hi... In the first instance you apply for bail and take him out of the jail. after that take all related documents , Bank transactions of your friend and go the same police station and convey them all this things to them if they not agree you file a complaint before commissioner of police.

First try to get bail for your friend then ask him to challenge such FIR in High Court. As a counter ask your friend to file a civil suit for recovery of 65k and also ask him to file a criminal case against her for blackmailing
