Sir I am we r hindus we have filed a case ofvsection 498 on my brother in law and his family before proceeding goes he said we will compromise and he cheated us but now he took direction that the case should be closed by court without other accused we can't proceed but we filled application to honorable court to take them to trials but court rejected the application we r going to high court for revision shallwe get justice

Hello only you have filed 498A? Not other like Divorce, Dv act, etc why because filing 498A is not sufficient to get family dispute settled. And challenging rejection order I'm high court is depending upon ur case. Thank you.

Please precepetate the case and convict culprits they ahould be punished according to act done do not go to court take assistance of advocate and get them punished since if u go high court time waste so start trial and dinish case send them to jail then they come compromise
