Congratulations on obtaining bail. Regarding how long it will take to conclude your case, it depends on several factors, such as the nature of the case, the number of witnesses, the evidence involved, the workload of the court, and the cooperation of the parties. Typically, criminal cases progress through several stages, including the filing of charges (if not already done), framing of charges, examination of witnesses, cross-examination, final arguments, and judgment. Each stage takes time and depends on the efficiency of the judicial process. It is difficult to provide an exact timeline, but we will make every effort to expedite the proceedings by ensuring timely filings, appearances, and arguments. Additionally, if there are opportunities for compromise, settlement, or quashing of the case, I will guide you through them to potentially resolve the matter sooner. Let us remain patient and focused as we work through the legal process. I will keep you updated on each development and ensure that your rights are protected throughout.

The Supreme Court has reiterated that bail in NDPS cases cannot be granted unless there are reasonable grounds for believing that the person accused is not guilty of such an offence, this decision was held by the Division-bench of CJI N.V Ramana, Justice Krishna Murari, and Justice Hima Kohli in the case of Narcotics Control Bureau V. Mohit Aggarwal, so if you have been granted Bail, it means, that, your chances are high, that, within 3.5 to 5 years down the line approx, you may get clean chit in this case.
