I would like to know the procedure for executing a non bailable warrant against the accused and if the accused is absconding how will the court police constable catch them?
when non bailaible warrant is on person even a normal private person have right to arrest and report to police station, crimes are act against society.

You have to provide alternative addresses of the Accused to facilitate the Police to trace out the Accused and arrest him. In less serious offences the Police do not show interest to arrest the Accused person. You may engage private deductives to find out whereabouts of Accused.
