The said approach by High Court Is correct No. In BHURI BAI case (2022 LiveLaw (SC) 956 the Court observed that very cogent and overwhelming circumstances or grounds are required to cancel the bail already granted. O

Hi sir, Yes, judge can grant bail they have powers, for that we have to argue the case effectively and need to get some merits in the case . What quantity NDPS involved ? what kind of NDPS substance ? Thank you,

There are various conditions for NDPS bail matters. The bail is possible before the mandatory period on certain conditions and the Lawyer you have engaged must be skilful and knowledgeable in narcotic issues.
