My Wife's family is harassing me

I was married last year. It was arranged marriage. All preparations and management of marriage was done by my family and my bride's family paid 50% of all the expenditure, nearly 5 Lakhs, through bank transfer. 3 months after marriage she started suspecting that I am in a relation ship with one of my friend (girl). After many ugly fights, one day she left the home and started living at her parent's. It has been one year since that day. Now from a long time her family has stopped talking to me. They call my parents every other day. One day they surprisingly came to my home and asked my parents to pay 35 Lakh rupees to them. We declined. Now on every other call they are asking for money. Otherwise they threaten to file a dowry and harassment case against my family members. All of my family members are government servants, they threaten to file a case against all and put us on suspension. They're asking money before 31 October. What to do? I have call recording of all convo with them.
