My wife deserted me almost a year ago and since then all sorts of communications are barred and refused to show my son to me .Now FIR /CS stage suddenly she and her family calling me (i also blocked her 4 months ago) once in a week or 10 days .When matter already moved to court why they doing it deliberately while never done before pre FIR stage .What does it mean.Shal i report to police or keep a record for court .Does it hamper my diverse petition ? What's best way approach

Dear Sir Their intention must be get big alimony and settle as FIR already registered. They might be under the impression that you and your parents might be afraid of such criminal cases. Please send few mediators and get know their intentions. Approach High Court for quashing which may give negative signals yo them.
