My subject is today related with suicide crime

My question is that I always heard that in love relationships girls or boys became victim for suicide due to rejection of relationship, not agreed with each other, misunderstanding,etc and the person whose name is written by suicide victim regarding love purpose that boy or girl get arrested. So my question is that why a boy or a girl get arrested whose name is mentioned by the suicide victim? What are the laws to save the right person from a person who is only mentioning the person's name while committing suicide? If a boy or a girl rejects a relationship and for that reason if someone commit suicide why the mentioned name of boy or girl written in suicide note will be arrested?
it is because of section 306 of Indian Penal Code. go through the section and you'll have your answer. however, mere inclusion of the name doesn't mean that the person is bound to get arrested and thereafter punished as a matter of rule. it all differs from case to case and facts of each case would determine the course of action.

If one commits Suicide, whether that person is Boy or Girl & as such before commiting suicide, if that person in his suicide has written the name of the person who has either abetted or/and persuaded or/and instigated or/and, motivated or/and pressurised or/and blackmailed or/and tortured or/and lured, etc, that Abettor who forced, conspired, motivated, tortured the victim to commit suicide gets arrested. It doesn't mean that if someone was neither abetted or/and instigated or/and pressurised or/and tortured by someone nor such victim person was harrased by the other person and if such person despite being innocent had been the accused by merely relying on victim's suicide note as his name was mentioned in the note as the abettor/influencer of the victim's suicide, then formal investigation gets commenced and if in the result of formal investigation, it gets proven that intentionally to malign/defame/to get rid of the accused, his name was written without him (the accused ) actually playing the role of Abettor, then such accused gets clean chit & courts let him go Scott free on the basis of Police giving him Clean-chit in the Chargesheet. Police also files wrong Chargesheet sometimes, sometimes intentionally & sometimes by mistake & as such, if because of such chargesheet, the innocent accused shall have chances of being convicted, then his lawyer can challenge such chargesheet too by putting forth the evidence in favor of his client to defend him.
