My spouse threatening to kill me to a friend of her

My wife who is staying away from me has been mentally torturing me for the past 1 year and I saw her chatting with her friend saying " I so wish that I kill him/ mann to karta hai usko maar daalun".

What kind of relief are you seeking? are you looking for divorce? if yes then cheating and mental torture is ground for a divorce and it comes under the definition of cruelty. you will be able to get a divorce from your wife.
