My sister made knife cuts on my head scalp with the help of my brother who tied my hands behind. It's mutual murder attempt. But in police station,they regret to file a case on both of them.They not even reading the case file. They only saying that they can file a case n my sister. I want to file the FIR on both of them. Incident happened in 07/07/22. I emailed to all higher officials. No action has been taken.

sir, hope you are safe now if the facts are true, you have every right to file a complaint directly before the magistrate and the magistrate will persuade the police officials to conduct investigation and to submit the report. and it is mandatory for the police to file an FIR and they cannot deny if it is an cognizable offence. (attempt to murder is a cognizable offence) and once the charge sheet is filed your case will be contested by the prosecution
