My sister attempted suicide. Harassment by husband.

hi.my sister attempted suicide eating 10 sleeping pills 4 days back.i come to know about it today.what should i do.her husband is very abusive and short tempered.she is not happy with him but dont want divorce as of now.how to teach him a lesson or two.plz help.hindu
THERE are various options available to you. u can file divorce or on the other hand u can thru ur sister file 498A case for dowry or domestic violence act case. if the husband files a criminal coplaint against wife for attempt to commit suicide, ur sister would be i trouble. u can meet me for clear and complete advice on payment of my requisite fees

Have any issue ? First of all-visit to the family councillor.if nothing any devolved then approach before local government protection officer and filed the complaint.after that not any solution-lastly filed under sec125of cr.p.c or under the Domestic violence Act and demand maintenance.

Was she taken to the doctor ? Collect all theedical papers and ask your sister to make a complain to the local police station for physical and mental torture against her husband. Again she can also file a case for domestic violence directly to the court and at the same time she can also file a case for maintenance against her husband.
