My rwa association member refuse to give water that they give from oll

I live in Sangam vihar unauthorised colony there's lot of water scarcity everyone mostly get water from bore which is closed before very long time but bcoz this is only option so few local bahubali rwa association member run this bore illegally in exchange of money to give people water nearby also to me but bcoz I had heated debate with him so now they refusing us to give water so pls what can i do

You can file a private complaint directly to Magistrate along with relevant evidence so that you can bypass the police and if the court finds truth in your case then he will order trial / investigation as per the need
