What is the as both my bike and RC has been seized what to do in that matter

involved in an accident where victims are critcally injured or dead (sec 304A) your vehicle will remain in Police Custody till case is over ( usually 5 to 10 years) forget collecting your vehicle , go to any Police station and see the number of vehicles lying as junk 1.For traffic Offences like violations , helmet etc., Go to the Police station where your bike is siezed find out the designation and name of the person who siezed your vehicle , negotiate the bribe and take your vehicle Warning* If you do not collect your vehicle before 24 hours , you will find the batteries , horn and tyres missing after 24 hours , carburetor, engine and gearbox will be missing , you will only get the frame ^ (Insurance will not pay you ) 3.Involved in smuggling or Narcotics case - just forget it
