My opponent is having running criminal case in session court but he did not mentioned it in nomination form of grampanchayat election. I have submitted fir copy to election commission and wrote letter about hiding information of criminal case. But RO denied to disqualify the candidate because he is not convincted. Now he has won the election. What can I do about it? He is still has the case running. And the second question is if i have obtained the copy of fir from victim and submitted to EC, is this a offence as i haven't got the copy from police station?

Well, if you have got the FIR Copy from the Victim rather than the Police, then, it is not an offence until and unless they have denied to give you the FIR Copy either in oral or written terms for which you need to have evidence too.
