My neighbour beside my house so I got know got to listen frequently that they sometimes hammer nail in my side wall from their side what to do

It's advisable rather than going legal in this matter to serve him/her a legal notice regarding your grievances. And even if he/she doesn't listen then you can always approach the police station according to your jurisdiction and register a FIR against him/her for public nuisance.
