My neighbour sing songs just below my flat everyday

My opposit lane neighbor.He is harrasing my singing romantic songs below my flat everday when ever he below my flat but not any public places. He also mocking me by many ways like copying everything I do.

You file a complaint against the guy in your local police station. The police may not entertain you and for that purpose you will need a good Advocate with you. Advocate along with the police will make sure the guy will never be able to disturb or harass you anymore.
