My name is Naveen, we had one-sided fight back then in 2014, in which I had serious injury, hence we filed an FIR charging 308 and so on.. so in return they filed NCR 504, 506, 323 against me through giving.... to police, in this case as of now chargesheet is not submitted yet means case is not even surviving in the court. I've already filled a passport form in 2019 in which I didn't mentioned about the NCR so they given me show cause notice and saying police verification report not clear, when didn't replied so they closed the file. So I wanna know followings.1:- does NCR case get dismissed over a period of time if not taken care by the opposite party.2:- how can my passport be made if not clear the case.3:- steps to be taken to clear the case.
