My known arrested for Fraud case , how to get bail

I am writing to inquire about the bail process for a known individual who has been arrested on charges under Sections 406, 409, 420, and 120B. He was taken into custody by the SWR, and it has now been over a year since he is in jail
We are seeking to understand the possible reasons for the prolonged detention and the steps required to secure his bail.
